Crock Pot Sweet Chili BBQ Kielbasa Recipe


  • 2 (13-14 ounce) packages smoked kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1-inch rounds
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (use your favorite kind)


1. Prep the kielbasa: Slice your kielbasa into 1-inch rounds. For more surface area and sauce absorption, you can cut the pieces on a diagonal.

2. Combine the ingredients: Place the sliced kielbasa into your Crock-Pot or slow cooker. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce and barbecue sauce. Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the kielbasa in the Crock-Pot.

3. Cook: Cover your Crock-Pot and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours, or on HIGH for 1.5-2 hours, or until the kielbasa is heated through and the sauce is bubbly.

4. Thicken the sauce (optional): If you’d like a thicker sauce, remove the lid during the last 10-15 minutes of cooking.
