Ruby Tuesday Chicken Caesar Wrap Recipe

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing

Caesar Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional, provides traditional flavor)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup croutons

Marinate the Chicken:

  • Slice chicken breast into thin strips or tenders.
  • Place the chicken in a bowl with the Italian dressing. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to a few hours in the refrigerator.

Make the Caesar Dressing:

  • Whisk together all Caesar dressing ingredients in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Cook the Chicken:

  • Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the marinated chicken strips for 3-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly browned.

Assemble the Wraps:

  • Warm the flour tortillas briefly for flexibility (in a microwave or dry skillet).
  • Spread a generous amount of Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
  • Top with chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, croutons, and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly to form the wrap.
  • Slice in half for easier serving.

Optional Additions:

  • Diced tomato
  • Sliced avocado
  • Bacon bits

  • For extra flavor, grill the chicken for a slightly smoky taste.
  • If you don’t have time to marinate, season the chicken lightly with salt and pepper before cooking.
  • To make the wraps easier to handle, cut them in half before serving.
