Speedy Banana Splits Recipe

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 3 scoops chocolate ice cream
  • 3 scoops strawberry ice cream
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Strawberry sauce
  • Whipped cream
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Chopped nuts of your choice (peanuts, almonds, pecans, etc.)


Prepare the bananas:

  • Peel the bananas and slice them lengthwise down the middle.

Assemble the splits:

  • In long, shallow bowls or plates, place the banana halves with space between them.

Scoop the ice cream:

  • Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center, then a scoop of chocolate, and finally a scoop of strawberry, forming a line down the middle of the dish.
