Tropical Pineapple, Mango and Orange Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks: Adds a tropical sweetness and icy texture.
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks: Provides a creamy base and vibrant flavor.
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented: Fresh citrus delivers a burst of sunshine.
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or milk of choice): Gives a creamy richness. You can use almond milk, soy milk, or regular milk.
  • 1/2 cup orange juice: Enhances the citrus flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional): For a touch of added sweetness, adjust to taste.

  • High-powered blender

1. Combine ingredients: Add all the ingredients (pineapple, mango, orange segments, coconut milk, orange juice, and optional honey/maple syrup) to the blender.

2. Blend until smooth: Start on low speed and gradually increase the speed to high, blending until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. This should take about 30-60 seconds.

3. Adjust consistency: If the smoothie seems too thick, add a splash more orange juice or milk and blend again. If it’s too thin, add a few more frozen fruit chunks.

4. Serve and enjoy: Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately! Garnish with a fresh orange slice or a pineapple wedge for a tropical touch.

Use frozen fruit: Frozen fruit creates the perfect thick and icy smoothie texture. If using fresh fruit, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.

Sweeten to taste: Adjust the sweetness level based on your preference and the ripeness of the fruit.

Get creative with toppings: Top your smoothie with fresh fruit, chia seeds, or granola for some extra texture and flavor.
